Founded over 13 years ago, Velocity Advisory Group partners with companies across industries — including financial services, construction, life sciences, and biotech — to support growth in four core areas: sales strategy, strategic planning, leadership development, and employee experience. Their work is especially timely as businesses grapple with economic uncertainty, workforce disengagement, and the evolving demands of hybrid work. Fechtman emphasized that many leaders today are overwhelmed, often facing conflicting priorities without a clear path forward. Velocity’s role is to help “declutter” those challenges, bring focus, and design plans that are not only strategic but also executable.
