Founder and CEO Ed Rottmann worked with Velocity Advisory Group’s CEO Dave Fechtman in the past, so he reached out for help with strategic planning for his new company. During the strategic planning session, Chroma went through a rigorous two-day process defining what differentiates Chroma as a company and setting aggressive, clear, and measurable goals for the year. **Since the initial strategic retreat and assigning a plan champion, the company was at 60% of their revenue goal for the year just six months in, 50% of their goal for new C&I (Commercial and Industrial) projects, and increased employee headcount by 25%.** From strategic planning to offsites to executive coaching, Velocity Advisory Group has supported hundreds of thousands of professionals in meeting their goals.
