Drawing insights from a comprehensive study of survey data involving 13,000 individuals across nine diverse organizations, the session highlighted key findings and actionable strategies to boost workplace satisfaction and productivity. **[Download our full trends report](https://share.hsforms.com/1eYQCW2VmTQekljvgcGSrfQqwjos) for more in-depth analysis and tips on building successful employee surveys.** ## Key Insights from the Webinar ### Common Challenges We identified several low-scoring areas that organizations need to address: - **Communication**: Open and honest communication is crucial yet often lacking. - **Leadership Responsiveness**: Effective issue resolution is more important than quick responses. - **Survey Change Belief**: Employees often doubt that their feedback will lead to meaningful change. The caveat is that those challenges are often indicative of deeper, systemic challenges, around three primary drivers of engagement: 1. **Work Processes**: Efficient processes that enhance productivity are essential. 2. **Growth and Development**: Opportunities for personal and professional growth significantly impact engagement. 3. **Communication**: Clear and consistent communication from leadership is vital. ### Trust in Leadership and Intent to Stay There is an increasing — and significant — gap between trust in managers and senior leaders. This disparity often results from communication breakdowns and misalignment in leadership roles and messages. During the webinar, we discussed what to do if you feel as though you’re communicating often and transparently, and questions to ensure leader alignment. Amanda covered the data on the relationship between employee engagement and Intent to Stay. ### Strategies for Improvement Organizations that genuinely care about employee well-being and take proactive steps to enhance engagement will gain a competitive advantage.
