How scoring works
Each check is one point. Consistent means 9 to 12 checks and at least 3 in every section. A high total with an empty section is a warning, not a pass.
0 to 4: Start with the truth
Listen widely, then name your one set of truth.
5 to 8: Close the gaps first
Use your unchecked boxes as your next priorities.
9 to 12: Consistent at scale
Keep your promises and keep building the bench.
