How scoring works
Each check is one point. Ready means 9 to 12 checks and at least 3 in every section. A high total with an empty section is a warning, not a pass.
0 to 4: Start the conversations
Put weekly one-on-ones on the calendar this week.
5 to 8: Sharpen your read
Use your unchecked boxes to prepare for the next hard question.
9 to 12: Ready to ask
Keep asking, and stay for the whole answer.
