How scoring works
Each check is one point. Aligned means 9 to 12 checks and at least 3 in every section. A high total with an empty section is a warning, not a pass.
0 to 4: Start with the why
Agree on shared goals and a reason before anything else.
5 to 8: Close the gaps
Use your unchecked boxes as the next leadership team agenda.
9 to 12: Aligned and strategic
Keep testing alignment, especially while you are winning.
