How scoring works
Each check is one point. Recruiting-ready means 9 to 12 checks and at least 3 in every section. A high total with an empty section is a warning, not a pass.
0 to 4: Tell the truth first
Rewrite your pitch to include what the job really demands.
5 to 8: Close the gaps first
Use your unchecked boxes to tighten your process.
9 to 12: Ready to recruit
Keep the pitch honest and let the right people choose you.
