How scoring works
Each check is one point. Ready means 9 to 12 checks and at least 3 in every section. A high total with an empty section is a warning, not a pass.
0 to 4: Name the mission
Define what best looks like before the next big decision.
5 to 8: Sharpen the filter
Use your unchecked boxes to test your next opportunity.
9 to 12: Mission in charge
Keep saying no to what does not serve the mission.
