“Velocity challenged our team and brought us together in ways that have paid immediate dividends.”
How scoring works
Each check is one point. Aligned means 9 to 12 checks and at least 3 in every section. A high total with an empty section is a warning, not a pass.
0 to 4: Silence is filling in
Start with weekly one-on-ones you never cancel.
5 to 8: Close the gaps first
Use your unchecked boxes as this quarter's plan.
9 to 12: Aligned at a distance
Keep the cadence and revisit goals midyear.
