How scoring works
Each check is one point. Stretch-ready means 9 to 12 checks and at least 3 in every section. A high total with an empty section is a warning, not a pass.
0 to 4: Look closer first
Ask what each person loved most before you assign anything.
5 to 8: Close the gaps first
Use your unchecked boxes to shape the next assignment.
9 to 12: Ready to stretch
Hand off the work and keep the check-ins on the calendar.
